Free Shipping
Shipping is free on every EKOSA order.
No minimum order value. No complicated calculations. No checkout surprises.
COD
Prefer paying when your order arrives? Go for it.
COD orders carry a ₹49 COD convenience charge per order.
Prepaid orders have no additional shipping or payment charges.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Once your order is shipped, we'll share the tracking details so you can keep an eye on it.
Sometimes, things happen
Weather, festivals, courier delays and other unexpected situations can affect delivery timelines. We’ll do our best to keep things moving.

Return & Refund Policy
Didn't work out? No drama.
We want you to love your EKOSA piece. But if something isn't right, you can request a return according to the terms below.
Returns
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:
Unused and unworn
In its original condition
In the original packaging
With tags attached, where applicable
Free from stains, damage, perfume/odour or signs of use
Basically, please send it back the way you received it.
Wrong or Damaged Product?
That's on us. We'll sort it out.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product reaches us, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Because EKOSA provides free shipping, the actual logistics cost incurred for both the original delivery and the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
For COD orders, the ₹39 COD convenience charge is also non-refundable.
Refund = Product amount − original logistics cost − return logistics cost − COD charge (if applicable).
The actual logistics amount may vary depending on the shipment weight, destination and courier charges.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization or product-specific reasons. If an item has special return conditions, we'll clearly mention them on the product page.

Unused means unused.
